Prior to joining The Schlehr Law Firm, Mr. Hayes worked as an
associate at the Rubin Law Corporation and the Law Offices of
Joseph M. Lovretovich, where he specialized in plaintiff’s
employment litigation. Mr. Hayes has litigated a wide range of
employment related matters including sexual harassment,
discrimination, medical and family leave, wage and hour, and
unfair business practices.  Throughout his career, Mr. Hayes has
remained dedicated to advancing the rights of employees in the
workplace.

In law school, Mr. Hayes was a member of the International and
Comparative Law Review and a Justice on the Scott Moot Court
Honors Board.
